Interior and Exterior Renovation of a 70s home

This is a complete redesign for this kitchen. The colour palette is contemporary dark grey, with timber for warmth and textured white tiles to contrast with the smoothness of the joinery and bench tops.

‍The cupboards, drawers and island bench are Masters Verve Storm Grey in high gloss. The timber bench top is a laminate in Oak, also from Masters. The splashback tiles are Trama Bianco from Rivoland Tiles.

The master bedroom has been updated and painted in mid-toned grey. The architraves and door are painted a crisp white that complements the grey beautifully. The artwork and cushions add some colour to the room.

‍The walls are Porters Paints Shell Grey, architraves and door in Porters Paints Ashen and cushions from Citta Design.

The house exterior was completely renovated. A new flat tiled roof was installed with new guttering and downpipes. All are in a charcoal grey. The walls have been rendered and painted in Dulux Linseed to contrast with the the roof and to fit with the streetscape.

‍A feature wall at the front entrance has been rendered in a complementary colour.

Bristileroofing roof tiles Prestige in Tungsten, guttering and downpipes in Colorbond Monument. Walls painted in Dulux Linseed and eaves painted in Dulux Lexicon Half Strength. The front entrance feature wall in Bayramix Saftash acrylic render.

The toilet has been painted in Dulux Silkwort to continue the grey theme throughout the rest of the home. The architraves, skirting and doors are in Porters Ashen to match the other rooms.

A black toilet roll holder from Design Stuff complements the grey walls and ties in with dark tones in the kitchen.
